The ceremony begins at 6:00 PM sharp. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to find parking, get seated, and settle in before we start.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Veranda. We'll have beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces available depending on the weather. The venue is climate-controlled for your comfort.

The celebration will run from 6:00 PM to approximately 11:00 PM. This includes the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing!

San Antonio in December averages 50-65°F. Evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap, especially if you plan to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Semi-formal/Cocktail attire. Ladies: cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or jumpsuits. Gentlemen: suits or dress pants with a blazer. Feel free to have fun with colors and patterns!

Our ceremony will be phone-free. We want everyone fully present for this special moment, and we've hired a professional photographer to capture everything. Please keep devices away during the ceremony—photos will be shared after the wedding!

Absolutely! While the ceremony is unplugged, we encourage you to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception. Share them with us using #GiaAndMax2026!

Please RSVP by November 1, 2026. We need a final headcount for catering and seating arrangements. The sooner you respond, the better—it helps us plan!

If your invitation includes 'and guest' or lists a specific name, then yes! Otherwise, we've limited our guest list to close friends and family due to venue capacity. We hope you understand.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration (18+). We hope this allows you to relax, enjoy the evening, and dance the night away!
